Archived Information

Inovisworks stores only the final version of a document. That is, Inovisworks stores the “delivered” version of a document after it has passed inbound rules, parsing and splitting, and routing rule processing. For more information, see “Encrypted and Decrypted Documents” on page 105.

Encrypted and Decrypted Documents

The table shows which version of an encrypted or decrypted document Inovisworks archives.

Encrypted file	Sends the encrypted file to the receiver. The receiver decrypts the file.	Encrypted file
Encrypted file	Decrypts the file using the Simple Decrypt or PGP Decrypt inbound rule. Routes and delivers the decrypted file to the receiver.	Decrypted file
Unencrypted file	Encrypts the file using the Simple or Encrypt or PGP Encrypt router rule. Routes and delivers the encrypted file to the receiver.	Encrypted file
