Editing a User Profile To edit a user profile 1 Sign on with a profile that has a Customer Admin role. 2 Click the Administration tab > User. A list of users opens. 3 Select the user whose information you want to change > click Edit. 4 Make changes to the user and contact information. Note: You cannot change a user’s password. 5 Click Update User. A message lets you know the user information is updated. 6 On the Confirmation page, click Done and the list of users opens.
