Granting User Access to Cross-Reference Table Errors

If you are a Customer Admin, you can grant user access rights to cross-reference table errors by trading partner. The access means users will only be able to see cross-reference errors related to the trading partners assigned to them.

To grant access to cross-reference table errors by trading partner

Sign on with a profile that has a Customer Admin role.

Click the Administration tab > User.

A list of users opens.

Select the user that you want to grant access to cross-reference tables by trading partner > click Edit.

In Make Cross-Reference Tables Editable, indicate if you want the user to be able to edit information in cross-reference tables.

In Filter Sender TP Cross-Reference Errors or Filter Receiver TP Cross-Reference Errors, select the trading partners to assign to the user.

Click Update User to save your changes,.

A message lets you know the user information was updated.

On the Confirmation page, click Done and the list of users opens.
