Billing Usage Report The Billing Usage Report shows network activity for a specific month and year. It summarizes the usage by: Document Count—the number of documents sent through Inovisworks during peak and off peak hours. Character Count—the number of document characters sent through Inovisworks during peak and off-peak hours. GXS Peak Usage Hours:Monday through Friday, 6 a.m.—8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
