Payer Beneficiary Reports A payer-beneficiary relationship exists when one party, called the payer, pays for all of another party’s fees for GXS mailboxes or services. Payer-beneficiary relationships can exist between: You and your trading partners Different organizational units within your company Two Payer Beneficiary reports are available: Payer Beneficiary List (see “Viewing the Payer Beneficiary List Report” on page 90) Payer Beneficiary Usage (see “Viewing the Payer Beneficiary Usage Report” on page 91) After generating the reports, you can download them to your hard drive as comma-separated value files (.csv).
