Viewing the Customer Portal Home Page See your company’s portal administrator to get your login ID and password. The portal administrator manages accounts and users for your company. To view the Customer Portal Home Page 1 From the Support tab, click the link. The Customer Portal page opens. 2 Type your login ID and password > click OK. Note: Passwords are case sensitive. The GXS Customer Portal page opens.
